Allflo was called to site to scope a diesel pumping system for a local sand quarry. The solution had to be silenced due to the site office being nearby and had to deliver the water efficiently and reliably to the new sand washing plant that was to be installed.
Following a site visit where all aspects of the application were considered Allflo recommended a Remko Silenced Auto Prime pump package. Efficiency aspects such as fuel usage, total cost of ownership and on-going running costs were demonstrated to the client.
The pump was installed along with the new wash plant and exceeded expectations delivering 130L/sec to the plant. The easy to use auto-priming system was a bonus for all operators.
The pump has been used in various other applications around the site and demonstrate just how versatile these units are.
