The client needed to upgrade an existing submersible pumping system returning run-off water back to their plant. The site had no mains power, and the system needed to be started and stopped remotely via SMS. Protection against dry running was also critical to prevent equipment damage.
Adding complexity, the client required an interim pumping solution to keep the plant operational while the new system was being designed and built.
Allflo worked closely with the client to deliver a fully self-contained pumping package, combining a diesel generator with a custom-built control panel tailored to the site’s operating conditions.
The system enables:
To maintain continuity during manufacture, Allflo supplied a Remko 4” auto-prime pump, ensuring uninterrupted plant operation throughout the project.
The completed system delivers reliable, remote-controlled pumping without reliance on mains power, giving operators greater flexibility and confidence in day-to-day operation.
Integrated protection logic prevents dry running and equipment damage, while SMS control enables rapid response without constant on-site supervision.
By supplying both a temporary hire pump and a permanent engineered solution, Allflo ensured the plant remained fully operational throughout the project — eliminating downtime during manufacture and installation and providing long-term reliability once commissioned.
By combining engineered systems, remote control and hire support, Allflo ensured uninterrupted plant operation from start to commissioning.
