Allflo was engaged to design and supply a diesel auto-prime pump solution for a sand quarry wash plant, where high-volume water delivery and reduced noise were critical due to nearby site facilities.
Following a detailed site assessment, Allflo specified a Remko silenced auto-prime pump, selected to balance performance, fuel efficiency and long-term operating costs in a demanding quarry environment.
The system consistently delivers 130 L/sec, exceeding performance expectations while simplifying operation for site crews. Its auto-priming capability and low-noise enclosure have improved reliability and enabled the pump to be redeployed across multiple quarry applications on site.
